Legal Aid Clinic

In line with the spirit of Article 39-A of the Constitution of India, which promotes equal justice and free legal aid for all, Shree Geet Law College has established a Free Legal Aid Clinic within its campus. The primary aim of this clinic is to provide pro bono legal advice and assistance to individuals from economically weaker and marginalized sections of society.

The Legal Aid Clinic is a student-driven initiative, operating under the regular supervision of the Clinic Incharge and the guidance of faculty members. It offers an excellent platform for law students to apply their theoretical knowledge to real-life situations while serving the community with compassion and professionalism.

In addition to providing legal advice, the clinic also focuses on legal awareness and literacy. Students and faculty members organize seminars, awareness drives, and community visits to educate people about their constitutional, legal, and human rights. The clinic also undertakes outreach programs in schools and local communities on issues like child labor, domestic violence, sexual harassment, and the protection of women and children.

Through these efforts, the Legal Aid Clinic of Shree Geet Law College not only promotes social justice but also instills a strong sense of ethical responsibility and public service among future legal professionals.

The clinic functions in accordance with the guidelines of the Bar Council of India, ensuring that all its activities are conducted in a structured, ethical, and effective manner.
